As he did in Buckshot's Brotherhood, Danny Roddick spends nearly every moment of his onscreen time naked in the two-part AMG Brasil release, Amazônia. Roddick plays a white man who has transgressed against the law of the jungle, a type of defilement for which he is pursued, captured and marked for sacrifice.
    He is already a captive when the film opens. Bruised and battered, and tied like St. Sebastian to a bamboo plant, Danny attempts unsuccessfully to protect himself from sexual onslaught by Amazon chieftain Ricardo Onça, whose hard cock is not concealed well by its crude burlap covering. Onça force-feeds his cock to Danny and leaves him covered in cum.
    Rick Ferraz and Renzo Castelli are hunters for the tribe, and while foraging for food, they take advantage of a crystal-clear stream to stop for sexual play in which Castelli sucks Ferraz and rides his cock.
    Leandro Caruso takes pity on Roddick, untying him, cleaning his wounds and getting an appreciative blow job in return. A sudden downpour wets their bodies but not their libidos as Caruso returns the blow job then avails himself of Danny's willing ass. They squirt all over a stalk of bananas, prompting one to wonder what's for dinner. Then Caruso gives Danny a map and points the way to freedom.
    On the run now, and without concern for clothing, Danny nevertheless pauses watches from a concealed location as two soldiers have sex. While Yago Mendoça is sucking Rick Montoro, a third soldier Regis Rodrigues, comes along. He embeds his machete in the tree Danny is hiding behind and joins his comrades. Yago gets fucked alternatingly at both ends. Danny rubs out a load, steals the machete and dog tags, and leaves the soldiers to finish up.
    Continuing his flight to freedom, Danny finds a hollow horn from a steer or buffalo. In an aside, we see that such horns are ceremonial implements that the natives wear strapped over their cocks for sexual rituals. We see Ricardo Onça again, using such a horn as a cup to feed a drug to Alex Tentor, another captive. While Tentor is delirious, Onça paints his body with war paint and makes his captive suck him. I wondered if Onça might try to fuck Tentor while wearing the horn — a sort-of primitive strap-on — but he removes it before they fuck. It's a multiple-position fuck with some good camera angles and despite the lack of reciprocation, both models seem to enjoy it.
    Back in the present, Danny adds the horn to his small cache of possessions and finds his way to the sea, which concludes Capture.
    Part 2, Release, begins with Danny a captive once again, being cursed by an Amazon witch doctor. Danny escapes a second time when the witch doctor goes into a trance. He looks for help to João Gabriel and adorable Leandro Pitanga, the surfers he saw at the end of Capture, but they have vanished into the forest to fuck. They suck each other and eat and finger each other's holes before Leandro fucks João in the sand to a very gooey conclusion.
    Danny steals their surfboard wax. (Why?) As he continue to flee, he encounters two fishermen, JJ Furtado and Will Castelo, who have hung their catch in a tree so that JJ can suck Will. If you like boys with very hairy legs, tune in. Will fucks JJ and Danny moves along. His map proves useless and Danny finds himself again pursued by his former captors, who recapture him.
    Lucas Ramiro and Oliver Lima don't bother to wait to enjoy Danny's sacrifice: they have each other. Their ceremonial paint gets smudged on their cocks as they suck each other, with Lucas's passion culminating in a fierce ride on Oliver's cock. After fucking energetically in several positions, they climax and fall asleep in each other's arms.
    The sacrificial fires are burning, with Danny and Alex all tied up, being decorated with sacred grain and pigments in preparation for their roasting. Chief Ricardo Onça presides over the ceremony, assisted by Peterson Corriera, Roger Carneiro and Leandro Caruso. The ceremonial bull horns are employed another time, but (damn) not to fuck the victims. The tribesmen take turns plundering the mouths and holes of their captives, working themselves into a carnal frenzy as the fires burns into embers. Danny and Alex are lucky: this sacrifice involves only sex, not slaughter. Later that night, Leandro, who proved to be Danny's savior in film #1, releases him again. Maybe Danny will have better luck on his second flight to freedom.
    Amazônia is easily director Dennis Bell's most ambitious film yet. It has a huge cast, luscious scenery and good camera work, despite a story that doesn't break any new ground sexually or thematically (if those boys wearing the bullhorns had only fucked somebody with them ...). The late Danny Roddick makes an appealing and sympathetic victim, and his performance here, despite the absence of dialog, is at least as good as his role in Brotherhood, which is bound to capture the lion's share of attention when awards are handed out next year.
