Director Jean-Marc Prouveur's Beast plays less like a porn film and more like an artsy low-budget foreign film. There isn't any dialogue; the models' actions are presented with words onscreen, as in the days of silent films. It's all a bit confusing when you're looking to get your rocks off, but guys and the sex are pretty hot.
    The film is an erotic fairy tale. Jordan, who is constantly tormented by his evil brothers, Franck Stanguennec and Aiden Bonini (they piss on him at the beginning of the film), is sent to the Beast's castle after his father, Luc Lemaitre, spends the night at the castle and is told to send his son to the Beast.
    At first I thought this was going to go from Cinderella to Beauty and the Beast, and it does in some aspects. For instance, the evil brothers who piss on Jordan also torment the simpleton, Nikos, as he tries to clean the house. After Jordan leaves, they steal his boyfriend, Brice Farmer. Just like Disney's Beauty and the Beast, there is a magic mirror. Jordan watches as the two get the dark-haired, full-lipped Farmer drunk, then suck him together, then Bonini fucks him as Stanguennec watches. At one point Stanguennec fucks Bonini. It is hot to see his versatility after he fucked Nikos earlier in the film. Farmer lays his head on the table. Is he bored? Taking a nap? Or is he turned off by the hairy, horny twosome?
    Even though they have Farmer and Nikos to fuck at home, it's really Jordan who comes out on the end. He has a team of servants, decked out in odd-looking masks and colorful tights (that the whole cast wears), ready to protect and serve him.
    It's unclear if Jon Janes is the Beast or if he's the lead servant, but when Lemaitre stays at the castle early in the film, he serves him wine while Lemaitre watches a vision of Luca Falcini and cherub Mark Given kiss, suck, rim and fuck each other in one of the better sex scenes. The two are hot for each other, and after watching, Lemaitre and Janes retire to another room and beat off. In the end, Janes and another servant serve up two uncut cocks ready to stuff Jordan's mouth and ass. They fuck him and cum, then disappear into thin air, leaving Jordan to finish himself and the movie off.
    With its artsy, foreign feel, Beast reminded me of the kind of art films you'd see on a sitcom: the lead female character would "get" it, weep and love it, while the male character scratches his head, wishing he had stayed home to watch the game. It's not a bad film, just so busy that it gets lost in itself, which may cause confusion for some viewers. This confusion may lead them to fast-forward to the sex and skip the storyline altogether.
