At least three of the four scenes in Encounters 4: On the Job are workplace or work-related fantasies most of us have had at one time. What better way to repay a friendly, yet hot coworker who eases us through a stressful day than by fucking him? Then there's the classic blue-collar working-class man: we lust for his strong, rough hands to force us to our knees or hold our hips while giving us the pounding we've been yearning for.
    Director Tony Dimarco follows the trend in bringing a stylish, sexy and classy film that has a tawdry and naughty subtext to it. The set designs, lighting, videography and soundtrack make the viewers feel, at times, they are watching a big-budgeted flick, but once the sex starts, they are reminded it's a porno film.
    When watching "Wide Receiver," written by and starring Chad Hunt, it doesn't feel the standard porn set-up of guys being butch and tossing the pigskin. The men and women in this scene are having fun while hanging out on a brisk autumn day.
    In "Stock Options" the arguing and chattering in the boardroom looks and feels real, not staged or stiff. Later in that scene when Jack Bond and Spencer Quest are going over their planned business merger, they deliver their dialogue so smoothly in a quiet and dimly lit boardroom that earlier was bright and noisy. The subdued light is a perfect companion to their secret affair where they kiss, suck, rim and fuck each other — switching several times — before they bust their nuts.
    The lighting is again perfect in "Bar Back" where Vin Nolan and Pete Ross are closing up for the night. Ross wants Nolan so bad, but Nolan doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize his job, so they take it to a cramped bathroom with purples and reds as lighting. It's dirty, yet stylish to watch Ross ride Nolan on the toilet. These qualities are consistent with Lucas Entertainment films, which makes the viewer want to watch them repeatedly, and not fast-forward to the sex.
    As if you didn't know, the sex is spectacular. Hunt's scene is with Brad Star, and though both models have an impressive resume, this has to be some of their best work yet. After the football game in the park, Star's girlfriend blows him off, so Hunt invites Brad over to his place to kick back, drink beer and watch a game on TV. The game proves boring so Hunt changes to the "pussy channels" where Star, who easily pulls off the "straight guy" character, starts to get hard.
    Hunt seduces him, then does something he normally doesn't do. Rather than dominating the scene with his cock, he sucks Star while feeling his smooth muscular body, licking, pinching and biting his sensitive nipples, then licking his armpit hair before going back to his cock. Hunt is interested in arousing Star slowly rather than getting sucked, and jumping right into fucking him. After an oral session that could easily make the viewer cum, Star does his best and surprisingly takes Hunt's monster cock.
    The other good thing is the acting. Star, and later Wilson Vasquez and Manuel Torres, play it straight, but instead of barking out "I'm straight!" or "I like pussy" when it comes to kissing, sucking or being fucked, their characters go with the flow and dive into the action without hesitation.
    When Ryann Wood's electricity goes out, blue collar electricians Vasquez and Torres climb many flights of stairs to check his wiring. The two swarthy Latinos talk back and forth in Spanish, with Vasquez saying he isn't leaving until "el maricón" gives him a blowjob. Both guys get more than that as they eventually fuck Wood on top of an exercise ball to a very hot and amusing conclusion to an impressive film.
