Director Danny Ray is known, if at all, to American viewers primarily through films produced by All Worlds Video. Wild Castle, Winner Takes All (not to be confused with Falcon's film of the same name) and Cabin Tales are three of his 2006 films worth seeking out. Ray is rapidly becoming Eastern Europe's Kristen Bjorn. He works physically splendid models, who are mostly on the smooth and slender side of muscular and he excels at capturing sex that combines sensuousness with animal passion.
    Tapped by High Octane to direct Hot Property, he delivers a film that's short on story and long on action. In two hours and six scenes (two two-man scenes and four three-ways), performed without spoken dialog, we observe the sexual antics at a mansion whose owners, Nico Sideropolus and York Penello, have decided to sell it. To that end, they have hired a real estate agent (Tom Hawai) and some workmen to make a few repairs. Toss in about eight prospective buyers and there are more opportunities for sex that you can shake a dick at.
    You'll have some idea of why Danny Ray is so good within the first two minutes. York has just awakened and gotten out of bed; he flings the sheet aside, exposing Nico.
