With Naked Muscles: The New Breed, directors John Rutherford and Kristofer Weston continue the celebration COLT has brought to male erotica for 40 years. The diverse cast, lush settings and sex that moves at a searing, slow and steady pace should make us welcome this new breed with big open arms and pants around the ankles.
    What is really different in this new breed is the pace of the sex. It's slow, but not to the point where the viewer wants to fast-forward. Everything within each scene is the good stuff because there's a sense of passion, sensuality, and a hint of romanticism that easily defines the term erotica.
    Watching the four scenes I knew they were hot, but the word that kept coming was erotic. The guys take the time to explore one another's muscular and sometimes hairy bodies, while delivering pleasure with deep kisses and dry humping so heated one might cream his jeans, then eventually move to the oral and fucking.
    Chris Wide and Adam Champ begin their scene playing volleyball in a lush and well-manicured yard. They smile, tease and are obviously playful as they raise the stakes by playing strip volleyball. They continue that playfulness by rolling around in the grass kissing and sucking, and at times smiling while basking in pleasure. While the models are easy on the eyes, the videography by mr. Pam is breathtaking. When the camera catches a wide shot of the rolling around in the grass, and Wide lands on his back, legs up, the sight of his lightly hairy hole being rubbed by Champ's hard uncut cock, as well as Champ's spread cheeks and hairless pucker, is enough to make one cum buckets.
    Champ's scene with Carlo Masi isn't as romantic, but is still a delightful romp. Masi, decked out in a leather vest and low-slung jeans is washing his Harley.     The only complaint about this scene is the lack of close-ups. When Chase squats over Masi's face to feed him his cock and later his butthole, it's shot from afar. It's hot no matter how close the angle is shot, but to see Masi rim his lover up close would've made this easily one of the best scenes of the year. It's still a hands-down winner, but loses a point for that far angle.
    When it comes to fucking, they fuck each other (a first for Chase to bottom for COLT), and it's incredibly hot to watch to muscular, masculine men please each other without having to outdo each other or be the more aggressive one, which can be said for the rest of the scenes and the cast of Naked Muscles: The New Breed.
