If a "Western" made in Italy is a spaghetti western then Ride 'em Rough must be a goulash western. The imposing Mangiatti twins (I'm still waiting for them to interact with each other or to bottom again) are horse (-hung) breeders who root out a scandal over racetrack betting.
    Mad Stefano is in trouble with the mob; his "insider" betting tips have not been paying off lately, and he has one last chance to redeem himself. Meanwhile, new jockey Rod Stevens, who packs enough muscle to keep any horse he's riding from running very fast, has the jitters. Trainer Matt Colmar knows what will calm him, so they go out to a watering trough in the field and fuck. It's a flip-flop fuck packed with butt munching.
    In this and other scenes, director Csaba Borbély adds interest by sequencing the sex acts "out of order." So instead of foreplay progressing to sucking, rimming and fucking, any of these can occur at any time.
    It's unclear what role Giovanni DeLagiorna plays at the Mangiatti ranch. He's a tall fellow with lots of muscle who gets overwhelmed by the urge to masturbate so he picks the tack room to do it in. He nearly gets caught when the twins come to visit the stalls, ducking out of the way to hide from them, then coming back out in front to finish the job after they pass by.
    When Rod loses his race, the mobsters return to extract their pound of flesh from Stefano. They take him out to a field, where long-dicked Lucien Dickson proposes to execute him. Dickson makes Stefano kneel. Mob lieutenant Demitri Kazakh has a better idea: kneeling, Stefano is in the perfect position to suck their cocks. Wouldn't that be more fun than killing him? Lucien aggress, so he and Demitri take turns fucking Stefano, under a bush and behind a tree, while a trainer in the nearby field works with a beautiful white horse, never noticing them.
    You can't take your eyes off cover model Dirk Jager. You can probably count all 656 of his muscles, they are so well defined. He has business with the Mangiatti twins, but after looking all over the ranch, he cannot find them. Instead, he finds Breno Lopes in the barn, which serves dual duty as a garage. It's about to serve triple duty as a trysting place.
    Lopes tells Jager that the twins have retired early, but he offers to fetch them. Jager decides to wait, because he has a great answer to Lopes' question, "is there anything else I can do for you." Once the fucking begins, they attract an audience. Darryl Dominguez lurks just outside, stripping and jerking off while he watches. Inside the barn, Stefano has been sleeping behind the hay, and the noise made by Breno and Dirk wakes him up. He stumbles out and they press his orifices into service.
    The next day, Dirk has his meeting with the twins, in which he tells them their operation is about to get busted for horse-doping. The twins plan to lay a trap for the perpetrator, then get the hell out of Dodge. The next thing you know, there's a fourgy in progress in front of the stables, with the twins, Rod Stevens and Matt Colmar. Stevens and Colmar provide sufficient insulation that twins don't have to get near each other.
    They split into pairs for sucking, ass-eating and fucking which is nicely choreographed and photographed. Everyone is watched over by the livstock, and the activity never reaches the level of frightening the horses. Riding boots and two conveniently placed saddles provide the props, and Colmar displays the ability of a contortionist when he hooks his left leg behind his left shoulder while he's getting fucked. Everyone changes positions a lot but the action never really becomes an orgy, remaining instead two simultaneous twosomes.
    Dialog is spoken in multiple languages, all of it subtitled. The models look terrific and the sex throughout is robust, but Borbély has generated a lot more heat with his models onscreen in other productions. A sequel is in the works.
